As well as the class teachers, we have a number of support teachers who enhance and enrich the curriculum and a learning support team, under the supervision of the Special Needs Coordinator, who help us provide personalized learning to suit the needs of all our children. Our administrative team not only provides the first point of communication for parents and visitors, but also offers valuable support to teachers, taking on such routine tasks as photocopying and preparing lesson resources, in order to enable teachers to spend their planning and assessment time on just that, while maintaining a reasonable work-life balance.
